I am writing to you as a medical student and researcher at Bursa Uludağ University, currently leading the PATHOLİA project. Our work focuses on the standardization of subjective pathology results using deep learning, specifically in the realm of automated cancer scoring and cell segmentation.
We have been closely following your lab’s contributions to computational pathology, particularly your work on UNI . For our current research phase, we aim to leverage the feature extraction capabilities of your pre-trained models to enhance our diagnostic accuracy in Breast Cancer scoring.
We are specifically interested in obtaining access to:
The pre-trained weights for UNI.
Specific inference scripts or configuration files required for fine-tuning on our local datasets.
